A number of Fieldworker training workshops are held each year at the University of Leicester, in the field or at other venues around Leicestershire and Rutland. It is also possible to join local groups who are already field walking or excavating, who will also provide training. See the Our Groups page for further information on our affiliated groups.
If there are any archaeological skills that you or your group would like to learn please Contact Us and we will see if we can arrange a training workshop.
